What's Happening
  • The 2012 Bluebonnet Tractor Ride is scheduled for April 14th. Information about the ride will  be posted on the TRACTOR RIDE page soon!
  • The 2012 Show Committee was announced at the January 17th meeting of the membership. The list may be viewed at SHOW COMMITTEE
  • Cliff Ingold will give a presentation at the February meeting on High-Tension Ignition Systems (distributors, coils, points, etc.--6 volt and 12). Cliff is a retired automotive teacher and he also conducted training programs for GMC truck-dealer technicians. This would be an excellent time to bring questions to the meeting. Visitors are welcome.
  • Officers for 2012 were elected at the November 15th meeting. The 2012 officers include Regina Weidenfeller as President, Boots Follmar as Vice-President (Show Chairperson), Kenneth Treibs as Secretary, and Owen Meredith as Treasurer.   • The HCAT&EC Christmas Party was held on December 7th with an unbelievable amount of wonderful food (see pictures above).
  • Beginning with the January, 2012, meeting, the Executive Board will not meet at 6:00 before the meeting of the general membership. The general membership will meet at 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month, with the exceptions  noted on the MEETINGS page.
  • HWH Pulling Sled Inc./Tractor Pulling Texas will be conducting the tractor pull during the HCAT&EC 2012 Show. Additional information is provided at ANNUAL SHOW
  • A slide show of the HCAT&EC 2011 Show may be viewed at HCAT&EC 2011 Annual Show. There are over 150 photos in the slide show, so they will require some time to load.  Also, a count of the exhibitors at the show may be viewed at EXHIBITOR
