A Club meeting is scheduled
for the third Tuesday
of each month, with the
exception of December, when there is a party on a different evening instead of a meeting. Meetings are held
at 6:30 p.m. at the Gillespie Country Fairgrounds, two
miles south of
Fredericksburg on State Highway 16.
Members meet on
the porch of the Hill House in the Club's area when there is
sufficient light and the temperature
is comfortable; meetings
are held in the Exhibits
Building during inclement
weather or during seasons which are too cold or dark.Visitors
are always welcome.
