Hill Country Antique Tractor & Engine Club (HCAT&EC) annual dues are $20 for an individual (age 16 and older) and $30 for a family. A family is defined as parent(s) or guardian with children under the age of 16 living in the same household. HCAT&EC's membership year extends from one annual show in June to the next. Any member who paid dues in 2009 is a member of HCAT&EC until the Club's annual show on June 11 & 12, 2010.
In January, the Hill Country Antique Tractor & Engine Club (HCAT&EC) voted to discontinue its affiliation with the National Early Day Gas Engine & Tractor Association (EDGE&TA). This decision was reversed and the Club will continue as EDGE&TA Branch 66. EDGE&TA's membership year begins on April 15th and extends through April 14th of the following year. EDGE&TA dues for 2010-2011 are $8 per individual.

Membership Rosters are sent to all members in August, along with the Club's Newsletter. A member may request a copy of the most current roster at any time during the year by contacting either Regina Weidenfeller or Owen Meredith. The roster will be sent either by e-mail or by regular postal service, according to the preference of the requester.
