YOUTH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

A procedure is in place to test and certify young people below the age of sixteen to operate tractors and other motorized vehicles at events such as HCAT&EC's annual show.  Information about this procedure is available at Youth Certification (WORD) or Youth Certification (PDF).
